摘  要:
[目的]明确吡唑醚菌酯和戊菌唑混用在设施草莓中的安全性.[方法]通过开展8地田间试验结合液质联用技术对2种药剂在草莓中的残留、消解、储藏稳定性及膳食风险进行了研究.[结果]吡唑醚菌酯和戊菌唑在不同浓度添加水平下,分析方法的准确度、精密度、线性及最低检测浓度均满足NY/T 788-2018的要求.储藏稳定性试验表明:在-18℃条件下,吡唑醚菌酯和戊菌唑在草莓中至少稳定储藏95 d.试验剂量为67.5 g a.i./hm2时,戊菌唑在设施草莓中半衰期仅为2.9~3.6 d,降解较快,而吡唑醚菌酯无法拟合降解曲线.采收间隔5 d草莓样品中吡唑醚菌酯和戊菌唑在草莓中的最大残留量分别为0.20、0.055 mg/kg,分别低于我国制定的吡唑醚菌酯和戊菌唑最大残留限量标准2、0.1 mg/kg.膳食风险评估表明吡唑醚菌酯和戊菌唑在草莓中的残留有较低的膳食摄入风险.[结论]吡唑醚菌酯和戊菌唑按照推荐剂量使用,在草莓中有较高的安全性.

摘  要:
[Aims]The aim was to study the safety of pyraclostrobin and penconazole mixture used in strawberry.[Methods]The dissipation behavior,residue,storage stability and dietary risk of pyraclostrobin and penconazole in strawberry were studied through 8 field trials combined with LC-MS/MS.[Results]The accuracy,precision,linearity and limit of quantitation(LOQ)of pyraclostrobin and penconazole at different concentration levels meet the specifications of NY/T 788-2018.The storage stability test showed that pyraclostrobin and penconazole were stable in strawberry for at least 95 d at-18 ℃.At the experimental dose of 67.5 g a.i./ha,the half-life of penconazole in strawberry was only 2.9-3.6 d,indicated that the degradation was fast,while pyraclostrobin could not fit the degradation curve.The maximum residue levels of pyraclostrobin and penconazole in strawberry samples with interval to harvest of 5 d were 0.20 and 0.055 mg/kg,respectively,which were lower than the national maximum residue limits of pyraclostrobin and penconazole of 2 and 0.1 mg/kg,respectively.The dietary risk assessment showed that the dietary intake risk quotient of pyraclostrobin and penconazole in strawberry had a low dietary intake risk[Conclusions]Pyraclostrobin and penconazole are safe in strawberry when used in accordance with the recommended dose.
