马铃薯秸秆栽培平菇培养基配方筛选研究

摘  要：
以马铃薯秸秆为主要栽培原料,经处理后进行熟料栽培平菇,研究了5种培养基配方对平菇产量的影响。结果表明:不同培养基配方的平菇菌丝体均有良好长势,生物学效率有差异;综合分析比较,配方2(马铃薯秸秆80%、稻草17%、石膏1%、石灰2%)栽培平菇,可正常出菇4潮,商品性状好,生物学效率超过120%,污染率低,综合经济效益好。

摘  要：
Taking potato straws as the main cultivated materials,the effect of 5substrate formulas on cultivate of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus in different substrate formulas grew well,biological efficiency had difference,the formula 2(potato straw 80%,straw 17%,gypsum 1%,lime2%)had well hypha and 4times fruiting,biological efficiency,was more than 120%.Meanwhile it had good commodity characters,less contamination and high comprehensive economic benefits.
