米槠容器扦插繁殖技术试验研究

文章通过双因素田间试验设计研究了5种不同长度的插穗(X)、3种不同木质化程度的插穗(E)对米槠扦插生根率、生根数的影响差异。试验结果表明:应用长度为12㎝(X3)的半木质化绿枝(E2)时,扦插效果最佳,平均生根率达84.6%,平均生根数达10.3条。

摘  要:
Through the design of double-factor field experiment, the study is made as follows: 5different lengths of cuttings(X),3 kinds of different degree of lignification cuttings(E) effects of rooting rate, root number and root length of Castanopsis carlesii cutting difference. The test results show that: the application of a length of 12 cm(X3) semi lignified softwood twigs with leaves(E2)when the cutting effect is the best, the average rooting rate of 84.6%, average root number is 10.3.
