农产品切制加工装备的开发——基于几何形态与物理特性

摘  要:
根据农业产业化和农产品深加工行业的工业化发展趋势,分析了不同几何形态与物理特性的农产品切制加工的工艺特性,研究相应的切制加工工艺方法和开发相应的切制加工工艺装备,主要对其工艺原理、装备结构、控制方法和适用性进行研究开发。同时,通过几种典型装备的开发和实际使用与评价,对后续开发及产业化应用提出了初步设想和预期。企业实际应用表明:直切式切割机系列和离心式切割机系列产品均具有性能稳定、使用方便、高效率和低能耗等优点,市场前景广阔。

摘  要:
According to the developing trend of agriculture industrialization and industrialization in deep-processing field of agriculture products,this paper analyzed cutting process characteristics of agriculture products with different geometrical shapes and physical characteristics,researched the relevant cutting process methods and developed related cutting process equipment,especially the research and development in process principles、equipment structure、control methods and applicability. Meanwhile initial conception and expectation about subsequent development and industrializing application are presented through development、practical application and evaluation for several typical equipment. The applica-tion have indicated that the series agriculture products are steady in property,convenient for application,have high effective and low energy.
