短稳杆菌对茶尺蠖的防控效果

摘  要:
茶尺蠖是茶园主要害虫之一。为了验证短稳杆菌杀虫剂对茶园尺蠖的防控效果,确定最佳用药量和使用方法,以4.5%高效氯氰菊酯为对照,用100亿孢子/m L短稳杆菌悬浮剂对茶尺蠖进行了2年4地药效试验。结果表明,100亿孢子/m L短稳杆菌悬浮剂833.3~1 500 m L/hm~2剂量对茶尺蠖防控效果都较高,且对茶树及其他非靶标生物安全,具有较好的推广应用价值。

摘  要:
Tea geometrid is one of the main pests in tea gardens. In order to verify the efficacy of Empedobacter brevis against tea geometrids, and then to determine the best dose and method of usage, 4.5% efficient cypermethrin was chosen as reference, and tested in four places for two years by using 10 billion spores/ml of Empedobacter brevis to fight against tea geometrids. The results indicated that 833.3~1 500 m L/hm~2 of 10 billion spores/ml of Empedobacter brevis had good control results against tea geometrids, and was safe for the non-target organisms. So, Empedobacter brevis had better application value.
