乳铁蛋白肽的作用机制及其转基因研究进展

摘  要:
近年来抗菌肽由于自身的优点已成为抗生素的替代品,并已成为研究与开发的热点,乳铁蛋白活性多肽(Lfcin)就是其中的一种,它是乳铁蛋白(LF)经胃蛋白酶在酸性条件下降解所产生的小肽,它构成了完整乳铁蛋白主要功能区的大部分,当它被降解下来后不仅仅保持了原来完整乳铁蛋白的活性甚至比原来完整乳铁蛋白的活性更强,因其具有广谱的抗细菌、抗病毒、抗真菌等多种独特的生物学活性而备受关注。对其结构、作用及作用机制、转基因研究这几方面的最新国内外研究动态进行综述。

摘  要:
In recent years,antibacteial petides have become desirable substitute of traditional antibiotic,and a focus of development and research .Lactoferricin(Lfcin) belongs to a kind of those antibacterial petides.The peptide lactoferricin(Lfcin) can be released from the lacto-ferrin(LF)through proteolysis by pepsin under acidic conditions.Lfcin encompasconsists of a large portion of the main functional domain of the intact protein,when it is released.It not only retains the activities of LF but is more active in many cases.Because it owns many such boil-ogical activities as Antibacterial activity,antifungal activity,antiviral activity and so on,it is being payed more attention by more researchers.Some newest developments of Lfcin on molecular structure,funcion,action mechanicsm and transgene at home and abroad were reviewed in this article.
