IBDV致雏鸡非免疫器官损伤的动态变化

摘  要：
研究旨在探究传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)对雏鸡非免疫器官肝脏、腺胃、肾脏、十二指肠、回肠等损伤的动态变化.用实验室保存的IBDV毒株(number:19951128)感染雏鸡,分别在感染后1、2、3、4、5、7 d取雏鸡肝脏、腺胃、肾脏、十二指肠、回肠,通过石蜡切片、HE染色,观察其病理组织学变化并进行组织学评分.结果显示:雏鸡的肝脏、肾脏、腺胃、十二指肠等器官在IBDV感染第4天损伤最为严重,表现为肝脏肝索结构不清晰,肝细胞水泡变性,胞核溶解、浓缩和破碎现象较多,组织学评分为4分;腺胃多数腺上皮细胞脱落,个别腺细胞胞核浓缩,组织学评分为4分;肾脏炎性细胞浸润,肾小管上皮细胞肿胀,管腔变小,组织学评分为4分;十二指肠小肠绒毛上皮细胞界限不清晰,固有层胞质溶解呈空泡,组织学评分为3分;而回肠受IBDV的影响较小,仅在IBDV感染第3天出现中央乳糜管区充血、上皮细胞界限不清等现象,组织学评分为1分.至IBDV感染第7天时,雏鸡各组织损伤基本恢复.根据各组织受损情况综合判断雏鸡感染IBDV后非免疫器官损伤的程度依次为:肝脏>腺胃>肾脏>十二指肠>回肠.

摘  要：
This paper was performed to observe the injury changes of non-immune organs such as liver,proventriculous,kidney,duodenum,ileum in chickens infected with infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV).Chickens were infected with the strain of IBDV saved in laboratory(number:19951128).Liver,proventriculous,kidney,duodenum,ileum were selected on the day of 1,2,3,4,5,7 d after chickens infected with IBDV.Histopathological changes were observed by paraffin section and HE staining and evaluated by histological score.The results showed that the injury of liver,proventriculous,kidney,and duodenum were the most after 4 d of chickens infected with IBDV,showed that the structure of hepatic cord in liver was unclear,vacuolar degeneration of hepatic cells,and lysis,concentration and fragmentation of nucleus.The histological score was 4.Lots of glandular epithelial cells of proventriculous were detaching and a few of nucleus became concentration.The histological score was 4.In kidney,inflammatory cells were infiltrating,renal tubular epithelial cells were swelling,renal tubular became narrow.The histological score was 4.The epithelial cells lines of villi in duodenum were not clear.Cells in lamina propria of villi were serious damaged with cytoplasm dissolving like vacuoles.The histological score was 3.While the effect of IBDV on ileum was small,only central chyliferous vessel congestion and the lines of epithelial cells were not clear after 3 d of chickens infected with IBDV.The histological score was 1.Until 7 d after IBDV infected chickens,the injury of the tissues recovered.Together,the degree of injury in these non-immune organs after chicken infected with IBDV was liver>proventriculous>kidney>duodenum>ileum.
