种植速生蔬菜降低大棚土壤中农药的研究

摘  要:
由于大棚这个特殊的环境,喷洒后的农药不易外泄,仍然留在土壤中,造成大棚土壤的残留量过高。速生蔬菜生长周期短,生长效率高,价格便宜,将速生蔬菜种植在被农药污染的大棚土壤中,可以减少农药在土壤中的残留。本次实验以菠菜和萝卜这两种速生菜为例,采用薄层层析酶抑制显色法,检测速生蔬菜减少被污染土壤农药残留的作用。通过检测,用不同速生蔬菜种植后的土壤敌敌畏残留量都有不同程度的减少。

摘  要:
Growing cycle of fast-growing vegetables is short,the growing efficiency is high,however,the price is cheap.When fast-growing vegetables are planted in the pesticide pollution soil in greenhouses,it would reduce pesticide residue in soil.Materials for experiment are spinach and radish,they are all fast-growing vegetables,using the thin layer chromatographic analysis enzyme suppression development process,the function which the fast-growing vegetables can reduce pesticide residue in polluted soil is detected,when different kinds of fast-growing vegetables were planted in polluted soil in greenhouses.the results showed that content of dichlorvos were reduced in different levels in the polluted soil.
