EM菌对不适用鲜烟叶堆腐过程中腐殖质组分的影响

摘  要:
为探明EM菌不同用量对云南烟区不适用鲜烟叶腐熟效率的影响,找出云南烟区不适用鲜烟叶就近资源化处理过程中的最佳EM菌用量,在自然条件和添加EM菌剂2 000,4 000,6 000 m L/t堆腐条件下,研究不适用鲜烟叶堆腐过程中有机质、碳氮比、胡敏酸、富里酸和腐殖化指数变化。结果表明:添加EM菌剂能明显加速堆腐物有机质、腐殖质、胡敏酸和富里酸的转化;促进堆腐物碳氮比的协调;提高不适用鲜烟叶堆腐效率,缩短不适用鲜烟叶腐熟时间。其中,添加4 000,2 000 m L/t EM菌剂,缩短腐熟时间30 d,在堆腐26d即腐熟;添加6 000 m L/t EM菌剂,缩短腐熟时间23 d,在堆腐33 d即腐熟;不加EM菌需要56 d才能腐熟;其中以添加EM菌4 000 m L/t效果最好。

摘  要:
The aims of this study are to elucidate the effects of different amount of EM agents on the decomposition of fresh waste leaves of tobacco,and further to find out its optimal amount used in the utilization process of fresh waste tobacco leaves in the tobacco-growing region of Yunnan Province. Amounts of EM agents were 0,2 000,4 000 and 6 000 m L / t used in the composting experiment. The changes of organic matter,C / N ratio,humic acid,fulvic acid and HI( humification index) were analyzed during the composting process. The results indicated that the addition of EM agents accelerated the transform of organic matter,humus,humic acid and fulvic acid,harmonized the carbon-nitrogen ratio,improved the composting efficiency and reduced the composting time of fresh waste tobacco leaves. Compared with control treatment which composting time was 56 d,addition of 4 000 and 2 000 m L /t EM agents reduced the composting time to 26 days and saved 30 days; and addition of 6 000 m L / t EM agents reduced to 33 days and saved 23 days. Results indicated that addition of 4 000 m L / t EM agents was the optimal amount used in the composting of fresh waste tobacco leaves.
