地方本科高校的转型是高等教育主动适应社会经济文化变迁,由传统走向现代的过程,是高等教育职能分化与办学定位细化的结果。地方本科高校在转型发展的探索性阶段面临着效益与代价、传统与创新、功利与理性等行为抉择矛盾。地方本科高校应通过明确并坚守转型的核心任务、行动策略、外力作用、协同创新等应然追求来破解转型行为的困境,从而实现自身的成功转型。

摘  要：
At present,the transformation of our local undergraduate colleges is the transition from higher education to the modern,taking the initiative to adapt to the process of socio-economic and cultural change,which is the result of the differentiation of modern higher education functions and the refinement of school location. Rational understanding of the nature of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities,clarifying the relationship between transformation and development,it is the prerequisite for the local colleges to choose the way of transformation scientifically and rationally orient the target of transformation. In addition,we should rationally look at the local colleges and universities face the process of transformation efficiency and cost,tradition and reality,utilitarian and rational reality contradictions.
