菊花田苗后除草剂品种筛选及安全性评价

摘  要:
通过室内外试验评估24种苗后除草剂对菊花的安全性和除草效果。盆栽试验结果表明,24种苗后除草剂单剂处理中咪唑乙烟酸、硝磺草酮甲咪唑烟酸、草除灵、扑草净等对菊花相对安全,这几种药剂不同剂量下对菊花的药害级别均低于或等于2级。田间试验测定甲咪唑烟酸、咪唑乙烟酸对菊花的安全性及杂草防除效果表明,67.5、90.0 g/hm~2 5%咪唑乙烟酸AS对各种杂草的防效较好,但药后26 d对菊花的生长抑制率为30%左右,药害严重。108 g/hm~2 24%甲咪唑烟酸AS处理条件下,对菊花生长无显著抑制作用,对反枝苋、牛筋草、马泡瓜等杂草均具有较好的防治效果,对马齿苋、醴肠、稗草、马唐、藜等杂草具有中等防效。表明108 g/hm~2 24%甲咪唑烟酸AS是较为理想的菊花田苗后除草剂。

摘  要:
The efficacy and selectivity of 24 pots-emergence herbicides in Chrysanthemum was evaluated by in-situ and laboratory tests. A pot experiment showed that the single pots-emergence herbicides,imazethapyr,imazapic,thifensulfuron,benazolin-ethyl,and prometryne were relatively safe to Chrysanthemum,inflicting damage levels lower than grade 2 at different doses. Field experiments were conducted to determine the selectivity and weed control efficacy of imazapic and imazethapyr on Chrysanthemum. Imazethapyr 5% AS provided good weed control at 67.5~90 g/hm~2 but inhibited Chrysanthemum growth by up to 30%,a damage level considered as serious. Methimazole 24% AS at 108 g/hm~2 had no significant inhibitory effect on Chrysanthemum growth,but was effective on Amaranthus retroflexus,Achyranthes sinense and Cucumis melo agrestis,and provided moderate control of Portulaca oleracea,Eclipta prostrata,Echinochloa crus-galli,Digitaria sanguinalis and Chenopodium album,making it a suitable post-emergence herbicide for weed control in Chrysanthemum fields.
