添加低水平缩合单宁对野火球青贮品质的影响

摘  要:
为比较研究添加低水平缩合单宁对野火球青贮品质的影响,试验以新鲜成熟的野豌豆为原料,通过加入不同剂量单宁进行青贮发酵,研究低水平缩合单宁对野火球青贮品质的影响.试验分为4组,CK组为无添加对照组,试验组分别添加单宁0.2%、0.4%和0.6%,每组6个重复.青贮60 d后取样分析各项指标.结果表明,将单宁以不同比例添加到野火球青贮中,可以提高青贮感官评分,降低青贮pH,提高乳酸含量,降低乙酸和丁酸含量,提高青贮野火球粗蛋白质含量,降低青贮中酵母菌含量和好氧性细菌含量,且以添加0.6%单宁的T3组品质最优.

摘  要:
To compare the effects of adding low-level condensed tannins on the quality of Trifolium lupinaster silage, the experiment used fresh and mature wild pea as raw material to carry out silage fermentation by adding different doses of tannin, and further studied the effect of low-level condensed tannin on the quality of wild fireball silage. The test was divided into 4 groups, CK was no added control group, and the test group was added with 0.2% tannin, 0.4% tannin and 0.6% tannin, respectively, with 6 replicates in each group. After 60 days of silage,samples were analyzed and analyzed. In this experiment, tannins were added to Trifolium lupinaster silage in different proportions, which could improve the sensory score of silage, reduce the pH of silage, increase the content of lactic acid, reduce the content of acetic acid and butyric acid, increase the crude protein content of silage Trifolium lupinaster, and reduce the content of yeast and aerobic bacteria in silage were the best in the T_3 group with 0.6% tannin.
