猪TF联合抗生素等药物治疗犬细小病毒病的临床效果观察

摘  要：
将人工感染发病的25只未免疫犬和自然发病的48只(大型犬和小型犬各24头)免疫犬分别随机分成3组,进行不同药物组合的治疗比较试验,在治疗试验第7d比较体征、病程,以判定治疗效果。结果表明:猪TF联合抗生素等药物的治疗人工感染犬细小病毒发病犬,其治愈率为55.6%,有效率为77.8%,明显高于血清治疗组(治愈率为25.0%,有效率为62.5%)和药物治疗组(治愈率0,有效率为37.5%);猪TF联合抗生素等药物治疗自然发病(犬细小病毒病)犬,治愈率为56.3%,有效率为81.3%,明显高于血清治疗组(治愈率为37.5%,有效率为68.8%)和药物治疗组(治愈率12.5%,有效率为56.3%);猪TF联合抗生素等药物治疗平均治愈时间也较短。

摘  要：
To compare the therapeutic effects of designed formula agents, 25 artificial infected sick dogs (unimmuned) and 48 immuned naturally sick dogs (equally in big type and minitype) were randomly divided into 3 groups respectively. And 7 days later the therapeutic effects were assessed in the respects of body signs and course of diseases. The results showed:Combined with antibiotic etc, swine TF was used to treat artificial canine parvoviral disease and the recovery rate was 55.6% and apparent efficient rate was 77.8%, which was by far higher than that of serum treatment group in which the recovery rate was 25.0% and apparent efficient rate was 62.5% and that of medicinal treatment group in which the recovery rate was zero and apparent efficient rate was 37.5%. Combined with antibiotic etc, swine TF was used to treat natural canine parvoviral disease and the recovery rate was 56.3% and apparent efficient rate was 81.3%, which was by far higher than that of serum treatment group in which the recovery rate was 37.5% and apparent efficient rate was 68.8% and that of medicinal treatment group in which the recovery rate was 12.5% and apparent efficient rate was 56.3%. It was also found that the treatment time of the combination of swine TF and antibiotics etc was shorter than that of other groups.
