油菜秸秆灰分混凝土抗硫酸盐的侵蚀性能

摘  要:
用油菜秸秆灰分等量替代5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的水泥,在水胶比分别为0.4、0.45、0.5下制作油菜秸秆灰分混凝土试件,采用全浸泡方式进行混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验,通过对试件变形、质量损失和抗压强度的测试,考察油菜秸秆灰分混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。结果表明:水胶比0.4的油菜秸秆灰分混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力强于水胶比0.5的;当水胶比为0.45,油菜秸秆灰分掺量15%时,油菜秸秆灰分混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力较普通混凝土增强约46%。

摘  要:
A series of ash concretes with 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% rape straw was used to make the test samples with the water-binder ratio of 0.4, 0.45, and 0.5. The deformation, mass lost, and compressive strength of the samples were detected to evaluate the erosion resistance by the sulfate erosion test with complete soaking treatment. The results indicated that the ash concrete with water-binder ratio of 0.4 have the high resistance to sulfate erosion than that with water-binder ratio of 0.5. For the 15% rape straw doped ash concretes with water-binder ratio of 0.45, the resistance to sulfate erosion increased 46% than the normal concretes.
