摘  要：
赣江流域位于南方丰水地区,近年来非汛期水资源供需矛盾突出。为应对可能出现的水资源短缺问题,解决"四生"需水的冲突,需要制定非汛期的水量调度方案。基于赣江流域水量分配方案,探讨了水量调度的总体思路结构,提出了来水预报和需水分析的方法,确定了水量调度的目标、原则和范围以及水量调度三级启动条件,最后制定了调度方案编制流程及方法。调度方案的实施可为丰水地区非汛期开展类似工作积累一定经验。

摘  要：
Ganjiang River basin is located in the southern water-rich regions.In recent years,the contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources in non-flood season is serious.In order to solve the problem of water resources shortage and the conflicts of four categories of water demand,a water allocation plan is needed to be formulated.Based on the water quantity distribution plan,the structure of water regulation is discussed,the prediction of water process and analysis of water requirement is proposed and the general goal of water regulation,regulation principle,and the three-level regulation condition are determined.Finally,the formulation process and method of the regulation scheme are developed.The operation of this water regulation scheme can accumulate experience for the same work in southern water-rich regions in non-flood season.
