厚叶石斑木扦插试验

摘  要:
对厚叶石斑木(Rhaphiolepis umbellata)进行了不同时间(3、6、9月)、不同浓度(50、100、200 mg/L)ABT处理的扦插繁殖试验,结果表明,厚叶石斑木属难生根树种,生根率较低,随着ABT浓度的增加,其生根率缓慢上升,最高的也仅为22%;随着ABT浓度的增加,生根天数缓慢减少,最快的也需35 d;相同ABT浓度处理下,温度是影响不同季节生根情况的主要因素;在3、6、9月3个季节扦插,其生根时间差异极显著。

摘  要:
Experiments were conducted on seedling cultivation by cuttings of Rhaphiolepis umbellate at different time with different concentration of ABT.The result showed that R.umbellate is a tree species difficult for rooting.Treated cuttings of different concentration of ABT resulted a slow increase of rooting rate,with the highest of only 22%.Days for rooting decreased slowly with the increase of concentration of ABT,with the shortest time of 35 days.Temperature was the major factor for rooting rate at different time with the same concentration of ABT.Cuttings in March,June and September had significant difference of rooting days.
