金属电弧喷涂1Cr13+80号钢丝涂层的摩擦性能

摘  要:
介绍了在不同润滑条件下金属电弧喷涂1Cr13+80号钢丝涂层摩擦性能随时间变化的规律及涂层的金相分析结果。电弧喷涂1Cr13+80号钢丝的涂层硬度为HBS321,对涂层进行浸油处理可以使其滑动摩擦系数明显降低。

摘  要:
The coating friction performances of arc-spraying 1Crl3 + 80 wires on the different lubricationconditions and the results of its metallograph analysis are introduced in this paper. Hardness of arcspraying 1Cr13+80 wires coating is HBS321. Its sliding friction coefficient is very low when the coatingis immersed into the oil at 80℃ for 12 hours.
