大棚栽培环境对西湖龙井茶品质的影响

摘  要:
利用塑料大棚覆盖栽培名优茶具有春茶上市期早、采摘期长、鲜叶产量高、效益好等优点。在分析西湖龙井内在品质特征的基础上,阐明优质茶感观品质与理化品质评价指标,并对大棚环境因子与茶叶品质相关性进行了初步研究。

摘  要:
The famous excellent-quality tea has the character of "early supplement,long harvest period and high yield of fresh leaf and high benefit" in the spring season,when cultivated in plastic greenhouse.In recent years,the effects of plastic greenhouse environment factors and cultivation measures on growth of Longjing tea have been emphatically studied,but no materials may be gained about the effects of plastic greenhouse cultivation on tea quality.Based on the character analysis of Longjing tea,in the paper some indexes of sensory and physiochemical quality assessment were illustrated. The relativity of plastic greenhouse environment factors and tea quality was preliminarily studied,in order to offer the reference for high yield,high qulity and high value of Longjing tea.
