在全面分析我国林木引种检疫管理工作中的法律法规、引进林木、引种审批、检疫监管等问题的基础上,从完善引种检疫管理法律法规体系、检疫管理工作制度、风险分析、检疫审批基础数据库建设、检疫管理队伍建设等5个方面提出加强我国林木引种检疫管理工作的建议。

Based on the overall analysis of problems in the quarantine management such as laws and regulations,trees introduced,approval of introduction and quarantine supervision,suggestions about strengthening the quarantine management of forest tree introduction in China were given in the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations for the introduction quarantine management,quarantine management system,risk analysis,construction of basic database of quarantine approval and construction of quarantine management team.
