微小RNA在结核杆菌逃逸宿主免疫杀伤中的作用

摘  要:
微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类长度为20~25个核苷酸的非编码RNA,可抑制靶基因转录后表达,进而影响细胞的生长功能。研究表明:miRNAs可通过抑制凋亡、抑制吞噬体溶酶体融合、干扰信号转导、抑制ROS(reactive oxygen species)和RNS(reactive nitrogen species)毒性反应、抑制自噬等机制参与结核分枝杆菌抵抗宿主细胞免疫杀伤的过程。本文简要介绍miRNAs在结核分枝杆菌逃逸宿主细胞免疫杀伤过程中的作用,进一步揭示结核病的发病机制。

摘  要:
The microRNAs(miRNAs) is a class of non-coding RNA with the length of 20 to 25 nucleotidess,which can suppress the expression of protein-coding genes by translational repression,and thus affect the growth of the cell.Researches have shown that miRNAs can take part in the host immune response in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection by inhibiting apoptosis and phagosome-lysosome fusion,interfering signal transduction,inhibiting cytotoxic actions of ROS and RNS and inhibiting autophagy.In this review the role of miRNAs in immune evasion of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by different defense mechanisms were introduced.
