pH对浮萍生长及其保护酶活性的影响

摘  要:
以上海地区常见的青萍(Lemna minor L.)、少根紫萍(Spirodela oligorrhiza Kurz.)和多根浮萍(Spirodela polyrrhiza L.)为研究对象,在以Hoagland’s E-Medium营养液进行实验室模拟培养的基础上,研究了pH对3种浮萍生长及其保护酶的影响。结果表明:在初始pH为4—11时,3种浮萍均能耐受,最适pH均为4—5;在pH为4—5和10—11时,浮萍体内3种保护酶——过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化歧化酶(SOD)有更高的活性,对浮萍的生长有一定的促进作用。

摘  要:
The common duckweeds in Shanghai area( Lemna minor,Spirodela oligorrhiza and Spirodela polyrrhiza) were used as test materials,and their cultural experiments with the Hoagland's E-Medium were carried out at different pH levels. The results indicated that all the 3 duckweed species could grow when the initial pH was 4—11,and the optimal pH was 4—5; At pH 4—5 or 10—11,the duckweeds' 3 protective enzymes—catalase( CAT),peroxidase( POD),superoxide dismutase( SOD) —had a higher activity and a certain accelerating effect on duckweed growth.
