海南热带果蔬冷链物流模式的构建

摘  要：
冷链物流具有物流效率高、成本低和损耗率小的特点,是解决海南热带果蔬物流中高成本、高损耗问题的有效途径。为了对构建海南热带果蔬冷链物流模式提供决策参考,阐述了海南热带果蔬冷链物流发展现状和存在的问题,在分析我国农产品冷链物流模式优劣势的基础上,结合海南热带果蔬生产、流通实际情况,构建了农合组织+批发市场或产地集配中心、龙头企业+农合组织和培育第三方冷链物流等3种海南热带果蔬冷链物流的发展模式。

摘  要：
Cold chain logistics has features of high efficient,low cost and loss rate,which was an efficient way to solve the problem of high cost,high loss in Hainan tropical fruits and vegetables logistics.In order to provide a decision-making reference for the cold chain logistics model construction of Hainan tropical fruit and vegetable,the author expounds the current development situation and existing problems,analyzes the superiority and inferiority of agricultural products cold chain logistics model in China,combined with the actual situation of production and circulation of Hainan tropical fruit and vegetable,constructs three kinds of development models,including "agricultural cooperation organizations + wholesale market or the origin distribution center","leading enterprise + agricultural cooperation organizations" and "cultivate third-party cold chain logistics".
