摘 要：
基因功能和遗传改良生物现状是生物学重点研究内容之一,基因表达的调控主要由上游的启动子控制。综述了启动子的结构组成和特征,并介绍了3种类型的启动子即组成性启动子、组织特异性启动子和诱导型启动子在植物基因工程中的应用,最后探讨了启动子应用尚存在的问题,并作出了进一步展望。

摘 要：
To clarify the status of gene function and genetic improvement is one of the key research contents of biology. Regulation of gene expression is mainly controlled by upstream promoter. This paper reviews the start sub structure and characteristics, and introduces the three types of promoter that is composed of start, tissue specific promoter and inducible promoter in plant genetic engineering application. Finally, the existing problems of promoter application are discussed, and makes a prospect of further.
