单轴卧式全混日粮混合机加工性能试验研究

摘 要：
【目的】优化自行设计的单轴卧式全混日粮混合机的结构与运动参数,为单轴卧式全混日粮混合机的研究提供参考。【方法】采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计,以物料长度及混合均匀度分别作为评价指标,对剪切刀数量、转子转速、加工时间、含水率等试验因素进行优化。【结果】优化的单轴卧式全混日粮混合机参数的合理组合:剪切刀数量为12个,转子转速为60~70 r/min,混合时间为6~9 min,全混合日粮含水率为35%。【结论】说明单轴卧式全混日粮混合机适用于全混合日粮的搅拌混合加工。

摘 要：
【Objective】 The main structure of the single-shaft horizontal TMR mixer was discussed in the paper,and the cutting characteristics and mixing characteristics of the single-shaft horizontal TMR mixer were studied separately in the experiment.【Method】 For optimization parameters in structure and motion,the experimental method of the three-factor quadratics rotary orthogonal combination was adopted,and two evaluation indexes(mixing homogeneity,material length) were applied separately in the experiment.By the experiment,the reasonal parameters in structure and motion were obtained.【Result】 The set of parameters recommended is:cutting-blade quantity 12 pieces,rotational speed 60-70 r/min for the rotor,processing duration 6-9 min,moisture content of ration 35%.【Conclusion】 Single-shaft horizontal TMR mixer can mix total mixed ration.
