摘  要:
多酚具有多重功效,逐渐引起了人们的重视。按照多酚的结合方式可分为可萃取多酚(EPP)和不可萃取多酚(NEPP),本文从提取、功效两个方面综述了国内外对蓝莓中EPP和NEPP的研究概况。

摘  要:
Polyphenols have multiple effects,and have gradually attracted people's attention. According to the combination style,polyphenols can be divided into extractable polyphenols( EPP) and non-extractable polyphenols( NEPP),and the extraction and efficacy of EPP and NEPP in blueberries were introduced.
