虫酰肼在苹果和土壤中的消解动态及膳食风险评估

摘  要:
采用田间试验和液质联用分析方法研究了虫酰肼在苹果及土壤中的消解动态和最终残留,并用定点法对其摄入风险进行评估。结果表明:虫酰肼在苹果中的回收率在94.4%~106.0%之间,相对标准偏差为1.4%~3.6%;在土壤中的回收率为93.0%~105.6%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~2.6%。虫酰肼在苹果和土壤中的半衰期分别为3.16~4.63 d和4.81~5.77 d,急性膳食风险和慢性膳食风险商值均小于100%。虫酰肼在苹果上有效成分用量建议为100~133.3 mg/kg,每季最多使用3次,安全间隔期为21 d。

摘  要:
The degradation dynamics and final residues of tebufenozide in apple and soil were conducted by field experiment and LC-MS analysis method, and the dietary risk assessment was calculated by point method. The results showed that the average recoveries of tebufenozide in apple and soil were 94.4%-106.0% and 93.0%-105.6%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.4%-3.6% and 1.1%-2.6%. The half-lives of tebufenozide in apple and soil were3.16-4.63 d and 4.81-5.77 d, the acute dietary risk quotient and the chronic dietary risk quotient were both less than 100%.The recommended dosages of tebufenozide were 100-133.3 mg/kg, the applied times was 3 times, and the safety interval period was 21 d.
