豆粕饲料中转基因成分的多重PCR快速检测

摘  要:
以大豆内源基因、35S启动子基因、NOS终止子和35S-CTP4为检测对象,研究了对内源基因与外源基因的引物终浓度配比及退火温度对转基因豆粕多重PCR检测的影响。结果表明,建立的多重PCR方法能够准确的同时检测出豆粕中的内源基因和转基因成分。

摘  要:
Endogenous gene Lectin,exogenous gene CaMV35 S promoter,NOS terminator and 35 S-CTP4 were chosen for establishing a multiplex polymerase chain reaction method.The PCR conditions for the multiplex PCR analysis were optimized according to the primer concentration and annealing temperature. The results showed that the high efficiency PCR system can differentially,conveniently,effectively and coinstantaneously examine the endogenous gene Lectin and the transgenic components.This method is highly improved the examining efficiency and can be used for the detection of transgenic components in ge- netically modified bean meal.
