摘  要:
籽棉回潮率是棉花加工过程中影响加工质量的一项重要指标,通过籽棉回潮率在线测量,可以有效控制烘干设备适时调温,满足现代棉花加工过程的高效化和智能化。为此,利用近红外测量籽棉水分的原理设计了一套籽棉回潮率在线检测系统,通过非接触式的快速检测,能够快速、准确地测量籽棉回潮率,为棉花加工后续烘干设备提供准确的调节参数。

摘  要:
Moisture regain of seed cotton is an important indicator in monitoring processing quality of cotton. Through on-line measurement of Moisture regain of seed cotton,we can effectively control the drying equipment to regulate the temperature in proper time,and make the modern cotton processing smarter and more efficient. In this paper,we adopt near-infrared measurement of seed moisture to design an on-line monitoring system. By the rapid non-contact detection,we can quickly and accurately measure the moisture regain of seed cotton,which will provide accurate regulation parameters for the subsequent drying equipment in cotton processing.
