基质和生长调节剂对秋枫、大叶桂樱苗木生长及生理指标的影响

摘  要:
探讨不同栽培基质、植物生长调节剂对秋枫和大叶桂樱生长、光合特性和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:培育秋枫苗木,以30%黄心土+30%菇渣+40%塘泥为栽培基质,配合IBA 100 mg·L-1+NAA 50 mg·L-1处理,可促进苗高生长,而以60%黄心土+40%塘泥为栽培基质,配合IBA 100 mg·L-1处理,可促进苗木地径生长;培育大叶桂樱苗木,以60%黄心土+40%塘泥为栽培基质,配合IBA 100 mg·L-1+NAA 50 mg·L-1处理,可促进苗高生长,以60%黄心土+40%塘泥为栽培基质,可促进苗木地径生长。在干旱、水源不足的区域宜采用以30%黄心土+30%菇渣+40%塘泥为栽培基质,配合IBA 100 mg·L-1+NAA 50 mg·L-1处理。生产上可根据实际需要选择合适的栽培组合培育秋枫和大叶桂樱苗木。

摘  要:
This paper reported on the effects of different substrates and plant growth hormones on growth,photosynthetic characteristic and chlorophyll of Bischofia Javanica Blume and Laurocerasus zippeliana Mip.The results showed that height of B.Javanica cultivated in S2(30% of yellow soil+ 30% of mushroom residue +40% of pond sludge)with appropriate IBA and NAA were enhanced.The intercellular CO2 concentration,water use efficiency,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll of B.Javanica were enhanced in S2 compared with S1(60% of yellow soil + 40% of pond sludge).Compared with H1,the ground diameter increased by 2.6% and 5.96%,height increased by 9.29% and 0.35%,respectively,in treatment H3(IBA-NAA) and H2(IBA).As to Laurocerasus zippeliana Mip,it grew well in S1.The growth of L.zippeliana in different of hormones was in the order of H3>H1>H2,and net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency were both in the order of H3>H2>H1.In conclusion,the results indicated that S2 with appropriate H3 was the best treatment to the height growth of B.Javanica,S1 with H2 was the best treatment to B.Javanica if we wanted to cultivate strong plant.And S1 with appropriate H3 was the best treatment to the height growth of L.zippeliana.S1 with H1 was the best treatment to the diameter of L.zippeliana.If the area was in drought or water shortage,we could choose S2 with H3.In a word,we could choose the appropriate substrate and plant growth hormones according to the actual need in plant production of B.Javanica and L.zippeliana.
