中国地方狼犬与德国牧羊犬杂交育种毛色遗传规律的研究

摘 要：
应用基因遗传分离定律方法分析测定,论证了中国地方狼犬狼青色个体的基因型为aw/aw或aw/at,黑背黄腹个体的基因型为at/at,基因aw对at显性。纯合狼青色的犬与其它毛色类型的犬相配所得后代,其毛色全为狼青色;经鉴定为杂合子的狼青色犬与纯合的黑背黄腹犬相配,所得后代的毛色分离比为1∶1;经鉴定为杂合狼青色的公母犬互配,所得后代毛色分离比为3∶1。中国地方狼犬与德国牧羊犬相配,其后代毛色完全遵循基因遗传分离规律。

摘 要：
Using the gene heredity separation law method assay determination,has proven the Chinese place wolf-dog wolf green individual genotype is aw/aw or aw/at,the black back yellow abdomen individual's genotype is at/at,gene aw is dominant to at.Gathers the wolf green purely the dog and the other coat color type dog appropriate match obtained descendant,his/her coat color all for wolf green;Black back Huang Fuquan who and gathers purely for the heterozygote wolf green dog matches after the appraisal,the obtained descendant's coat color segregation ratio is 1∶1;matches mutually after the appraisal for the heterozygous wolf green's male and female dog,the obtained descendant coat color segregation ratio is 3∶1.The Chinese place wolf dog and the German shepherd dog appropriate match,after that a generation of coat color follows the gene heredity to separate the rule completely.
