DMPT对草鱼生长性能、SOD活性及血清生化参数的影响

摘  要:
本试验研究了日粮中添加DMPT对草鱼生长性能、SOD活性和血清生化指标的影响。300尾健康的平均体重71.6±4.8 g的草鱼随机分为5个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复20尾。对照组饲喂基础日粮,4个实验组分别在基础日粮上添加50、100、150、200 mg/kg DMPT。整个试验期70 d。结果表明:各处理组均未见死亡。与对照组相比,日粮中添加100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg DMPT草鱼的增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05),饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,日粮中添加不同浓度的DMPT草鱼血清高密度脂蛋白浓度显著升高(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白的浓度显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg的DMPT血清葡萄糖的含量显著提高(P<0.05);添加100 mg/kg和150 mg/kg DMPT的各试验组草鱼血清、肝脏SOD活性显著提高。以上结果表明日粮中添加100~150 mg/kg DMPT对草鱼具有促生长作用。

A study was conducted to assess the effects of dimethyl-β-propiothetin(DMPT)on the growth performance,SOD activity and serum biochemical parameters of grass carp fish.Three-hundred grass carp fishes with the body weight of(71.6±4.8) g were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicate tanks of 20 fishes.The control were fed basal diets,and the four experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with DMPT(50,100,150,200 mg/kg).The experiment lasted for 70 d.The results showed the no mortalities occurred during 70 days.The growth rate and special growth rate of grass carp fish with 100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg DMPT levels were significantly increased,and the feed conversion rate was decreased(P < 0.05)compared with the control.Compared with the control,the supplementation of different levels of DMPT improved the density of high density lipoprotein,and decreased the density of the low density lipoprotein significantly(P < 0.05).The supplementation of 100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg DMPT significantly increased the serum glucose.And the SOD activities of the serum and the liver were also increased significantly(P < 0.05).Thus,it's suggested that 100 ~ 150 mg/kg DMPT could be used as a growth promoter for grass carp fish.
