甘肃省张掖市猪群中甲型H1N1流感的血清学调查

摘  要：
为掌握张掖市猪群中的甲型H1N1流感感染情况,采用血凝和血凝抑制试验,对张掖市5个县(区)的20个猪场进行了甲型H1N1流感抗体检测。共检测500份血清样品,检出甲型H1N1流感抗体阳性205份,平均阳性率为41%。其中,阳性率最高的是临泽县,为48%;最低的是民乐县,为31%。检出的阳性血清最高效价为1:512,最低为1:8,平均为1:64。检测结果表明,张掖市猪群中的甲型H1N1流感隐性感染情况比较普遍,应引起相关部门及养殖业主的高度重视。

摘  要：
In order to grasp the infection situation of influenza A H1N1 in swine herds in Zhangye City,hemagglutination tests and hemagglutination inhibition tests were used to detect the infection antibodies of influenza A H1N1 in twenty pig farms from five counties/districts of Zhangye City.500 swine serum samples were tested,and 205 samples were positive with the average positive rate of 41%.The highest positive rate was 48% in Linze County,and the lowest positive rate was 31% in Minle County.The highest titer of the positive sera was 1:512,the lowest titer was 1:8,and the average titer was 1:64.The results showed that the invisible infection of influenza A H1N1 in swine herds was common in Zhangye City,and more attention should be paid by the relevant departments and farmers.
