薄皮甜瓜性型分化的遗传分析

摘  要:
以甜瓜全雌株与两性花株、雌全同株、强雌型雌雄异花同株杂交,雌全同株与两性花株杂交、强雌型雌雄异花同株与普通雌雄异花同株杂交,普通雌雄异花同株与普通雄全同株杂交的6个组合6个世代的种子为试材,进行了薄皮甜瓜性型分化研究。结果表明:甜瓜雄花、雌花和两性花的3种性别由f/F与s/S2对基因互作控制;甜瓜的性型主要由F1/f1S1/s1与F2/f2S2/s22组4对基因互作控制,基因型F1F1S1_F2F2S2_为全雌株;F1F1s1s1F2F2__为两性花株,其中F1F1s1s1F2F2s2_发育部分雄型两性花;F1F1S1_F2F2s2s2为雌全同株,其中F1F1S1s1F2F2s2s2发育部分雌型两性花,F1F1S1S1F2F2s2s2发育大量雌花,极少量两性花;F1F1s1s1f2f2__、F1F1s1s1F2f2s2_为雄全同株;F1F1S1_F2f2s2s2为三性花株;F1F1S1_f2f2__、F1F1S1_F2f2S2s2为雌雄异花同株。

摘  要:
Taking seeds of six different crosses,which were gynoecious×hermaphrodite,gynoecious×gynomonoecious,gynoecious×submonoecious,gynomonoecious× hermaphrodite,submonoecious× monoecious and monoecious× andromonoecious respectively as materials,genetic mode of sex types were analyzed.The results showed that the three gender male,female and bisexual flowers of muskmelon were controlled reciprocally by both s/Sand f/Fgenes,and which the sex types of muskmelon were reciprocally controlled mostly by two groups(F1 /f1S1 /s1 and F2 /f2S2 /s2) containing four pairs of genes.F1 F1 S1_F2 F2 S2_genotype will develop into gynoecious progenies.F1 F1 s1 s1 F2 F2__genotype would generate hermaphrodite progenies,in which F1 F1 s1 s1 F2 F2 s2_genotype would develop partially into neuter flower.F1 F1 S1_F2 F2 s2 s2 genotype would be gynomonoecious progenies,in which F1 F1 S1 s1 F2 F2 s2 s2 genotype would develop partially into neuter flower,whereas F1 F1 S1 S1 F2 F2 s2 s2 genotype mostly develop into female flowers,but rarely hermaphrodie flowers.F1 F1 s1 s1 f2f2__and F1 F1 s1 s1 F2 f2s2_genotypes would produce andromonoecious plants.F1 F1 S1_F2 f2s2 s2 genotypes would produce trimonoecious plants.F1 F1 S1_f2f2__and F1 F1 S1_F2 f2S2 s2 genotypes would develop into monoecious sex types.
