针对目前高校科研项目管理中存在的问题,提出在高校科研项目管理中应转变管理观念、注重项目实施过程、提高科研人员素质,并努力建立科研管理系统,从而不断提高科研项目管理效率,促进科研项目管理水平的不断提升。

摘  要：
In view of the existing problems in management of scientific research projects at regular colleges,the paper proposed that we should change the concept of management in the scientific research project in colleges,pay attention to the project implementation process,improve the quality of the scientific research personnel and set up scientific research management system,so as to continuously improve the efficiency of scientific research project management,promote the management level of project.
