基于微信公众平台的高校图书馆信息服务研究——以哈尔滨工程大学图书馆为例

摘  要：
随着微信版本的不断升级,图书馆微信公众平台用户的信息需求与信息行为也显示出新的变化与特点。以哈尔滨工程大学图书馆读者为调研对象,通过网络问卷调查与纸质问卷调查相结合的方式,了解微信公众平台的用户需求信息,以此为基础,研究当前高校图书馆微信公众平台服务的新模式,利用后台数据对图书馆微信公众平台进行升级,以提高移动图书馆的服务质量。

摘  要：
Along with the continuous upgrade of wechat version, the information requirement and information behavior of library' s wechat public platform users have also showed its changes and characteristics. By taking the readers of Harbin Engineering University Library as the research object, this paper learned the user demand information of wechat public platform through the combination of network questionnaire survey and paper questionnaire, and studied the new model of wechat public platform service in current university library, which upgraded the public platform based on the background data and improved the service quality of mobile library.
