摘  要:
通过 25KeV不同剂量Ar+离子注入和DNA溶液浸泡法,将白棉全DNA导入彩棉。观察了Ar+离子注入后处理及ck的发芽率;再以彩棉开花期叶片为实验材料,研究茎叶中的茶多酚及多酚氧化酶含量的变化。结果表明:随Ar+离子剂量的升高,发芽率呈现马鞍形变化,GTP、PPO含量也都有不同程度的增长;这说明Ar+离子注入可显著促进外源DNA导入受体,增加了后代的变异频率并且增强彩棉的抗病性。

摘  要:
The total DNA of white cotton was introduced into colored cotton via low energy beam Ar+ ion with different doses .and germination percentage was counted. Samples were collected randomly from florescence leaves and stems for testing. The results showed that Germination rate of seeds appeared to be saddle line with dosage increasing; Among the all transferred plants, they were all increased different extents on GTP and PPO.The results showed that the exogenous DNA introduction was promoted significantly vir Ar+ ion beam. It indicated that Ar+ ion may improve the ability of resistance disease in colored cotton. and the frequencies of characters variation in progeny were increased by Ar+ implantation.
