2种金龟甲触角感器超微结构的研究

摘  要:
金龟甲是危害严重的一类地下害虫,其成虫和幼虫均可造成危害,防治比较困难。运用扫描电镜观察了小黄鳃金龟(Metabolus flavescens brenske)和小黑棕金龟(Apogonia chinensis Moser)2种金龟甲触角感器超微结构。结果表明:2种鳃金龟触角的柄节和梗节形态基本相同,鞭节分为棒状部和鳃状部,鳃状部都是鞭节末端3节扩展构成,棒状部都由4节组成,小黄鳃金龟触角感器有6种,小黑棕鳃金龟触角感器7种。2种鳃金龟雌、雄个体间触角感器种类、分布无明显差异。

摘  要:
Scarabs are important underground pests,the adults and larvae of them can cause severe damage which is difficult to control. The antennae morphology and sensilla of Apogonia chinensis Moser and Metabolus flavescens Brenske were observed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the morphology of the scape and pedicel of the antennae on two scarabs were similar. The flagellum was composed of funicle and lamellae. The lamellae had 3 segments and the funicle consisted of 4 segments in both scarabs. The antennae of A.chinensis Moser contained 8 kinds of sensilla and 6 types of sensilla on M. flavescens Brenske. There was no significant difference in the types and distributions of sensilla between the males and females.
