试析胶东抗日根据地的货币斗争

摘  要：
货币是政权的一个重要标志,其发行与流通的区域显示着政权的控制力与影响力,货币斗争是战时敌对双方在经济领域进行的重要斗争。抗日战争时期敌我顽三角斗争形势复杂,因而货币斗争这一时期呈现出异常复杂的态势。一方面抵御与制止敌伪顽向我根据地内倾销伪钞、土钞及法币是保护抗日民主政权的重要斗争形式,另一方面制定与管理抗日根据地本位货币——北海票与土钞、伪钞及法币的比值,以保持抗日根据地对外经济交流,维护根据地内外老百姓的切身利益,也体现着抗日民主政府的经济斗争艺术。货币、贸易、生产是战时对敌经济斗争的三个重要组成部分,与军事斗争、政治斗争处于同等重要的地位,也是对敌"总力战"的重要体现。

摘  要：
Money is an important symbol of a regime, the issuance and circulation areas tend to show the control force and the influence of this regime, monetary struggle and currency war is a war of the opposing sides in the field of economic important fight. During the period of Anti-Japanese war against coercive triangular struggle situation complex, showing a more complex situation in the monetary struggle during the war to resist and stop, hand puppet coercive to our base areas, soil dumping counterfeit changes and legal tender is an important form of struggle in the protection of the Anti-Japanese democratic regime, on the other hand, establishment and management of the ratio of currency Beihai votes and soil, the counterfeit and legal tender notes, in order to maintain the foreign economic exchange, maintenance according to the inside and outside of the vital interests of the people, but also embodies the Anti-Japanese democratic government in the economic struggle art. Currency, trade, production is the three important part of wartime economic struggle against the enemy, are equally important in time of war and military struggle, the political struggle against the enemy position, is"an important part of total war".
