3种水生植物对富营养化水体净化研究

摘  要:
[目的]筛选吸收水体氮磷元素能力强的水生植物。[方法]通过测定3种水生植物(石龙尾、三白草、翠芦莉)的生长指标(根长、根直茎、茎直径、叶绿素)及水体指标(浊度、溶解氧、TN、NO_3-N、TP、PO_4-P)。[结果]3种水生植物的相对生长速率和累积鲜重量显著高于试验前;3种水生植物对TN、NO_3-N、TP、PO_4-P去除效果明显,但不同植物在没有底质的情况下,从水体中吸收氮磷营养盐具有差异。[结论]该研究为水生植物净化水质提供理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to select hydrophyte with strong ability to absorb nitrogen and phosphorus elements in water.[Method] By measuring three types of aquatic plants(Limnophila sessiliflora(Vahl) Blume, Saururus chinensis(Lour.) Baill. and Ruellia brittoniana Leonard) growth indexes(root length, root straight stem, stem diameter and chlorophyll) and water indexes(turbidity, dissolved oxygen(DO), TN, NO_3-N, TP, PO_4-P). [Result]The relative growth rate and accumulated fresh weight of the three aquatic plants were significantly higher than original value.The removal of TN, NO_3-N, TP and PO_4-P by the three aquatic plants was very obvious. However, different plants have differences in the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients from water bodies without sediment.[Conclusion] The study provides the theoretical basis for the water quality purification by aquatic plants.
