三种无损检测技术对桉木材性预测的研究进展

摘  要:
随着木制品需求量的进一步加大,提高木材产量和质量是缓解其供量不足压力的有力措施。对林木进行早期、快速、无破坏性的调查研究,筛选材质优良、生长量大的遗传品质,进而缩短制种和培育年限。本文综述了Pilodyn仪,Fakopp应力波测速仪和CIRAD-Forêt生长应力测定仪3种无损检测技术的原理和在桉树材性预测上的研究进展。Pilodyn探测值与木材边缘密度呈显著负相关;Fakopp测量值折算的应力波传播速度与动态弹性模量呈正相关;轴向生长应力对木材缺陷有一定的预测作用。建议在今后的研究中,要进一步加强无损检测技术在桉树培育中的应用,通过早期预测筛选具有优良遗传品质的单株,为定向培育优质桉树木材奠定前期基础。

摘  要:
As a result of increasing demands for wooden products,enhancing both theyield and quality of wood obtained from Eucalyptus plantations in China is an effective method to reduce shortages of raw materials for such products.Developing rapid and non-destructive methods for screening the wood properties of large numbers of trees at early ages will help select trees with superior genetic qualities and shorten the breeding cycle.This paper reviewed principles and applications of three methods for such screening: Pilodyn,Fakopp and CIRAD-Forêt growth strain gauge.These methods have been widely used for assessment and prediction of wood properties in Eucalyptus species.According to previous studies,Pilodyn penetration and outer-wood density have significant negative correlations;modulus of elasticity and acoustic wave velocityas determined by using the Fakoppinstrument have shown positive correlations;and,longitudinal growth stress(measured with the CIRAD-Forêt growth strain gauge method) is useful for predicting some wood defects.It is recommended that future research focus on strengthening applications of nondestructive testing technology in eucalypt cultivation,and enhances use of these technologies for early prediction and screening for genetic quality in order to improve the quality of wood obtained from eucalypt plantations.
