乳清粉对断奶实验兔生长性能、抗氧化及免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究乳清粉对断奶实验兔生长性能、抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。采用单因子试验设计,选择40日龄初始均重为(1 095±75)g的断奶实验兔48只,随机分为4组(每组12个重复,每个重复1只),分别饲以乳清粉添加水平为0、2%、5%和10%的营养水平(消化能9.33~9.35 M J/kg、粗蛋白质17.10%~17.20%、粗纤维15.00%~15.10%)基本一致的试验饲粮。试验期为35 d,其中预试期为7 d,正试期为28 d。正试期内测定试兔的生长性能,试验结束时测定试兔的抗氧化和免疫指标。结果表明:1)饲粮添加5%、10%乳清粉极显著降低了试兔的料重比(P<0.01),显著提高了平均日增重(P<0.05),此时试兔的腹泻率、死亡率均为0。2)饲粮添加2%乳清粉显著或极显著提高了试兔血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05或P<0.01);添加5%乳清粉极显著提高了试兔血清SOD和GSH-Px活性(P<0.01);添加10%乳清粉可使试兔血清丙二醛(M DA)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。3)饲粮添加5%乳清粉显著提高了试兔血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量及胸腺指数(P<0.05);添加10%乳清粉极显著提高了试兔血清IgA、IgG含量(P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮添加适量乳清粉可降低断奶实验兔腹泻率和死亡率,改善生长性能,增强机体抗氧化和免疫功能,其适宜添加水平为5%。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of whey power on growth performance,antioxidant and immune functions of weanling laboratory rabbits. Using a single factor design,a total of 48 weanling laboratory rabbits( 40-day-old) with an average initial body weight of( 1 095 ± 75) g were randomly divided into 4 groups( with 12 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate) and fed the experimental diets with whey powder supplemental levels at 0,2%,5% and 10%,respectively. Four experimental diets had approximately similar contents of digestible energy( 9. 33 to 9. 35 M J / kg),crude protein( 17. 10% to 17. 20%) and crude fibre( 15. 00% to 15. 10%). The whole trail lasted for 35 days( 7 days of pretrial plus 28 days of formal trail),and the growth performance was measured during the formal trial,the antioxidant and immune indices were determined when the trial was finished. The results showed as follows: 1) supplying 5% or 10% whey powder extremely significantly decreased the feed / gain( F / G)( P < 0. 01),and significantly increased the average daily gain( ADG) of laboratory rabbits( P < 0. 05). The diarrhea and mortality rates were all 0 at 5% and 10% whey powder supplemental levels. 2) Supplying 2% whey powder significantly increased the serum activities of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px)( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01),and the activities of serum SOD and GSH-Px were extremely significantly increased at 5% whey powder supplemental level( P < 0. 01). However,the serum maleic dialdehyde( M DA) content was significantly reduced at 10% whey powder supplemental level( P < 0. 05). 3) The contents of serum immunoglobulin A( IgA) and immunoglobulin G( IgG),as well as the thymus index were significantly increased at 5% whey powder supplemental level( P < 0. 05),and the serum IgA and IgG contents were extremely significantly increased at 10% whey powder supplemental level( P < 0. 01). It is concluded that whey powder can decrease the diarrhea and mortality rates,improve the growth performance,and enhance the antioxidant and immune functions of weanling laboratory rabbits. The optimal supplemental level of whey powder in the diet of weanling laboratory rabbits is 5%.
