摘  要:
利用普通小麦与八倍体小偃麦中4杂交,获得小麦品种中梁27。条锈病抗性鉴定结果显示,中梁27具有新的抗病基因。为进一步明确中梁27抗病新基因的来源,采用荧光原位杂交技术对其进行分子细胞学分析。结果表明,中梁27在A基因组有两个易位片段,分别为A/E基因组易位和A/St基因组易位,推测中梁27抗病基因可能来源于这两个易位片段。

摘  要:
Wheat variety Zhongliang 27 was bred with common wheat and Octoploid Agroticum Zhong4.By identification of stripe rust resistance,it showed that Zhongliang 27 had novel resistance genes.In order to reveal the origin of new resistance gene further,it was studied by fluorescence in situ hybridization to clear the candidate chromosome segments which the new resistance genes came.The results showed that Zhongliang 27 carried two new translocations A/St and A/E,and it was predicted that the resistance genes was derived from the two translocations.
