通过对经济不发达地区图书馆现状的调查分析,找出制约图书馆自身发展的内部和外部原因,因地制宜的进行科学分析,并对其中存在的问题提出解决问题的办法,较为全面地对特定区域图书馆再生能力发展展开讨论。
