戊二醛改性壳聚糖的制备及其对雌激素吸附性能研究

摘  要:
以乙酸乙酯作为致孔剂,戊二醛作为改性剂,制备了改性壳聚糖微球,并对合成条件以及吸附性能进行了研究。结果表明:壳聚糖、乙酸乙酯、50%戊二醛为30:1:3条件下制得的改性壳聚糖微球吸附效果最佳;改性壳聚糖对雌二醇、此三醇和己烯雌酚均具有良好的吸附性能和较快的吸附速度,而对雌三醇的吸附性能最强。

摘  要:
The modified chitosan microsphere was prepared by using ethyl acetate as porogen and glutaraldehyde as modifier. The preparation conditions and adsorption ability were studied. Results indicated that the modified chitosan had maximum adsorption capacity when it was prepared by chitosan, ethyl acetate and glutaraldehyde at the ration of 30: 1: 3. The modified chitosan had good adsorption capacity and fast adsorption speed toward 17β- estradiol,estriol and diethylstilbestrol. However,it had higher adsorption capacity toward estriol than the 17β- estradiol and diethylstilbestrol.
