摘 要:
本研究旨在探讨不同配种模式对慢羽系淮南麻黄鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和福利水平的影响。360只196日龄慢羽系淮南麻黄鸡母鸡和40只公鸡等分为本交笼组和人工授精组,测定两组的产蛋性能、死亡率、蛋品质和福利水平。结果显示:与人工授精组相比,本交笼组试验鸡的开产日龄较早,产蛋率、受精率和母鸡死亡率较低,蛋黄颜色显著较深,其他指标差异不显著。福利水平测定结果表明:本交笼组淮南麻黄鸡各个部位脱羽评分与人工授精组差异不显著,但全身脱羽评分显著低于人工授精组。此外,本交笼组鸡群的惊恐程度显著高于人工授精组。结果提示:配种模式是影响淮南麻黄鸡部分产蛋性能、蛋品质以及福利水平的重要因素,建议应用人工授精模式。

摘 要:
The present project were conducted to investigate the effects of mating patterns on laying performances,egg quality and welfare in Huainan partridge chickens of slow-feathering breed.A total number of 360 slow-feathering hens and 40 roosters at 196 days of age were randomly divided into two equal groups according to mating pattern: natural mating(NM) and artificial insemination(AI).Laying performances,mortality rate,egg quality characteristics and welfare were measured.Compared with AI birds,NM birds had a significantly earlier age at first egg and significantly lower laying rate,fertility and mortality rate of laying hens.However,NM birds experienced significantly higher yolk color.No significant differences were found in other parameters.Welfare assessment displayed that the average feather score for each individual parts of the body was not significant differences between NM and AI,but an overall feather score of NM birds was significantly lower than that of AI birds.Moreover,a higher level of fear in NM was found than that of AI.In conclusion,our findings suggested that mating pattern might be a contributing factor for some layer performances,egg quality characteristics and welfare of Huainan partridge chickens.It is helpful to use AI pattern in laying hens.
