狗尾草种子休眠破除方法研究

摘  要:
采用化学和物理处理方法研究了不同水温、不同浓度GA_3和不同时间25%盐酸浸种处理方法对狗尾草种子休眠的解除效果。结果表明,随着水温的升高、GA_3浓度的增加、盐酸浸种时间的延长,萌发率均呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势,当水温为70℃时,萌发率达到最大,为23.67%;当GA_3质量浓度为800 mg/L时,萌发率达到最大,为36.67%;当25%盐酸浸种4 min时,萌发率达到最大,为34.00%。3种处理均可以不同程度地解除狗尾草种子的休眠,提高其发芽势、发芽率和活力指数,其中,GA_3浸种浓度和25%盐酸浸种时间效果较佳。

摘  要:
The effects of different water temperature, concentration of GA_3 and 25% HCl treatment on seeds dormancy breaking of Setaria viridis were studied by chemical and physical treatment methods. The results showed that seeds germination rate first increased then decreased with increasing of water temperature and the concentration of GA_3 and the soaking seed time of 25% HCl. When the water was 70 ℃, seed germination rate was the highest(23.67%). When the concentration of GA_3 was 800 mg/L, seed germination rate was the highest(36.67%). When the soaking seed time of 25% HCl was 4 min, seed germination rate was the highest(34.00%). Seeds germination potential, germination rate and vigor index of Setaria viridis increased by the above three treatments, which could germinate seeds dormancy of Setaria viridis. Among them, GA_3 and 25% HCl were better in the three methods.
