从世界马铃薯产业发展谈中国马铃薯的主粮化

摘  要:
对世界和中国的马铃薯生产和消费特点进行了分析,提出发展中国特色马铃薯主粮化应在加强宣传和引导消费、推进马铃薯主食产品多样化、加速马铃薯主食专用品种的选育的同时,降低成本,让马铃薯产品价格与其他主粮一样能被广大消费者接受,最大限度保障生产者的利益,使参与主粮化的各个利益主体受益。

摘  要:
By analyzing potato production and consumption both in China and the world,this paper put up suggestions on developing potato as a staple food with Chinese characteristics including strengthening publicity and guiding consumption,promoting diversification of potato-derived food products,accelerating the breeding of special potato varieties for staple food,meanwhile reducing costs to lower the price of such products for wider consumer acceptability,thus protecting the interests of producers,and maximizing the interests of all stakeholders in the value chain of potato staple products.
