容器规格和基质配比对珍贵用材树种苗木生长的影响

摘  要:
以珍贵用材树种浙江楠和南方红豆杉1年生容器苗为材料,采用完全随机区组试验设计,设置容器规格(C)和基质配比(S)两因素,培育2年生容器苗,对其苗高生长量、地径生长量、高径比等生长因子进行调查分析。结果表明:珍贵树种不同种苗木受容器规格和基质配比变化影响各异。南方红豆杉苗高生长量、地径生长量均随着容器规格增大而增大,容器规格大小对浙江楠地径生长影响不明显,小规格容器反而有利于其苗高生长。随着基质中泥炭含量的提高,南方红豆杉苗高生长量、地径生长量均呈现出先高后低的趋势,但浙江楠无显著变化。容器规格和基质配比两因素交互作用强烈,育苗时需综合考虑。通过筛选,培育浙江楠大规格容器苗最佳处理组合为C_1S_5,而南方红豆杉为C_2S_3。

One-year-old container seedlings of precious timber species like Phoebe chekiangensis and Taxus wallichiana var.mairei were used as materials. Growth indexes including height, ground diameter, ratio of height to diameter of large size container seedlings(two-year-old) cultivated under randomized block experimental design with two factors of container size(C) and substrate ratio(S) were measured. The results showed that: different precious timber species were affected differently by the change of container size or substrate ratio. The increment of height and ground diameter of T. wallichiana var. mairei raised with container size became larger. The seedling height of Ph. chekiangensis raised with container size became smaller, but the ground diameter had no obvious change. While the ratio of peat increased in substrate, the increment of height and ground diameter of T.wallichiana var. mairei from high to low, but there was not significantly different of Ph. chekiangensis. Because the interaction of container size and substrate ratio was strong, so cultivating seedlings must be comprehensive consideration. The optimal treatment to cultivate seedlings of Ph. chekiangensis was C_1S_5, and T. wallichiana var. mairei was C_2S_3.
