摘 要：
Based on a summing-up of rural shareholders with the collective land-use right which are already existed in China,a detailed analysis on the composition of cooperatives or joint-stock company's shares was made;two models of joint operations and entrusted operations were supplemented and improved.Also the income distribution methods for all kinds of shareholding pattern of rural collective land-use rights were designed.Through the research in this paper,a frame of reference was provided for the selection of the shareholding pattern and income distribution style in the future.
