烟梗尺寸对浸梗效果的影响

摘  要:
选择不同尺寸的醇化后烟梗在同一条件下进行浸梗试验,计算不同浸梗时间的烟梗含水率;利用回归分析法研究了不同浸梗时间烟梗含水率的变化趋势,不同尺寸烟梗达到特定含水率所需浸梗时间的变化趋势,以及不同尺寸烟梗浸梗后直径、长度和体积变化率的变化趋势。结果表明:(1)在相同浸梗时间下,随着尺寸的增加,烟梗含水率呈逐渐降低的趋势,烟梗在浸梗过程中的含水率变化符合对数曲线;(2)随着体积的增加,烟梗达到特定含水率所需的浸梗时间呈指数函数增加;(3)不同尺寸烟梗浸梗一定时间后,其直径、长度及体积变化率的变化趋势均符合幂函数曲线。根据上述分析结果,在制梗丝工艺过程中,应根据筛分后烟梗的尺寸区间分布设定适宜的浸梗时间。

摘  要:
Different sizes of alcoholized tobacco stem samples were selected to carry out stem-dipping test under the same conditions,and the moisture content in different sizes of tobacco stem samples which have been dipped for a different time was calculated. Regression analysis was used to analyze the variation trend of moisture content in tobacco stem samples dipped for a different time,the variation trend of stem-dipping time when different sizes of tobacco stem reached a certain moisture content,and the variation trend of diameter,length and volume change rate of different sizes of tobacco stem after being dipped for a certain time. The results showed that:( 1) For the same stem-dipping time,the moisture content in tobacco stem decreased gradually with the increase in tobacco stem size,and the moisture content variation of tobacco stem in stem-dipping process conformed to the logarithmic curve;( 2) The stem-dipping time when tobacco stem reached a certain moisture content exhibited an exponential-function increase with the increase in tobacco stem volume;( 3) After different sizes of tobacco stem samples were dipped for a certain time,the variation trend of change rate of their diameter,length and volume all accorded to the power-function curve. According to the results of above analysis,appropriate stem-dipping time should be set according to the size distribution of the screened tobacco stem samples.
